Our first project vision brings essential services and cultural life under one roof. The concept is intentionally ambitious—and the path to it will be phased, evidence-based, and accountable.

The Iowa Secretary of State accepted the Articles of Incorporation and registered the organization in the State of Iowa.

The organization received its federal Employer Identification Number for banking, compliance, and administrative setup.
