The founding journey

The Iowa Secretary of State accepted the Articles of Incorporation and registered the organization in the State of Iowa.
CompletedThe organization received its federal Employer Identification Number for banking, compliance, and administrative setup.
CompletedRecruit qualified directors, elect an independent Chair, adopt core policies, and prepare the full Form 1023 application.
